Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
